The corporate practice is grounded in Tushita’s role in Air India, further informed by Air Canada’s
change-management toolkit and its personalized, on-demand learning model, supplied by the Canadian
Institute of Stress. Our work connects instructional design with operational reality. That means
programs are built around people in the room, the pressures they face and the results their organization

The community practice is grounded in Tushita’s experience as a TESL (Teaching English as a
Second Language) Instructor, together with her leadership on Social Impact programs supporting
vulnerable / at-risk clients on projects like Anti-human-trafficking (Justice and Freedom), Bibliotherapy (Her Wellness For Success), Life-Skills programs (Pathway to Success / Life Success Strategies) and specialized curriculum for pre-literacy and lower-CLB learners addressing human rights issues such as
human trafficking, abuse and labor exploitation to build stronger safeguarding, referral and community- response practices.
